Shree Spherotech Pvt. Ltd. is a semi-automated foundry located in Shiroli M.I.D.C. Industrial Estate, Kolhapur. Established on the 21st of Oct. 2010.

We specialize in the manufacture of ferrous castings. Our activities include Grey iron, SG iron castings and machined components. With a built-up area of 1750 m² out of a total 4178 m² our production capacity is 300 tonnes/month with a spare capacity of 100 tonnes/month.

Shree Spherotech wishes to achieve a significant share of our customers business in categories of components focused by us by being a preferred supplier
To supply fully finished components and even sub-assemblies, which can add more value to the customer while adding further to the companies bottom-line
To generate healthy profits, to enable futuristic investments, both for scalability and technological upgradation
To generate a broad customer base which will include customers (OEM’s and their Tier 1’s both) from a wide variety of industries like On highway vehicle manufacturers, Agri-tractor manufacturers, Earthmoving equipment manufacturers etc.
To have a minimum revenue of 40% of total, from exports
To continually improve, quality in all processes and at customer-end, in conversion costs, in manpower productivity, thus ensuring that the organization remains competitive and stays on the growth trajectory
To set up a new technologically advanced iron foundry and a matching machining facility to cater to growing customer requirements. The same shall have use of technologically advanced machineries, automation along with Industry 4.0 capabilities

Being an extremely environmentally conscious manufacturing unit, we operate an induction melting furnace. With this we can not only keep a check on the pollution, but also maintain close tolerances in the required metallurgical properties of the melt.
